Advent: David - The Shepherd We Need

And the question for US is… do we need shepherds today? Is the organized church and leaders in the church, and clergy, ministry leaders, counselors, elders and deacons… ARE they necessary today? Aren't we passed that and why not just trust every believer to follow God as he or she sees fit?
